(HRC) Home & Community Based Services-Waiver program allows individuals who prefer to receive long term care services and supports in their home and community, rather than in a institutional setting. HRC strives to provide long term care in our participants natural environment and within their cultural lens to further improve the dignity, health, and independence of the people we serve.
