Hennepin County Mobile Mental Health Diagnostic Assessment Program

HRC/ Healing & Restoration Consulting LLC has partnered with Hennepin County Human Services and Juvenile Justice Center to provide Mobile Diagnostic Assessments for children at-risk of placement or placed in juvenile detention center or in foster care.

HRC provides Mental Health Diagnostic Assessments within 7 to 14 days to expedite service requests for Children’s Mental Health Case-management services and other community support services identified as a need.  Services are provided within the client’s home, community setting, or via telehealth.

Children/ youth served must be referred by a Hennepin County case manager, probation officer, or court services.  For referrals contact Hennepin County Central Access at 612 348-4111.
